Henrientha is an Associate in Hughman Construction & Real Estate Practice Group. Henrietha focuses her practice on matters regarding construction defect claims, architectural and engineering professional negligence claims, payment disputes and lien claims, and product defect claims.
Prior to relocating to the United Kingdom and  joining Hughman, Henrietha served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino in the states, He was the Presiding Judge for the New Jersey Appellate Division in Trenton, NJ.  Henrietha earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden, where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Review and served as the State Constitutional Law editor, in addition to serving as a class representative for the Student Bar Association, and treasurer for the Environmental Law Society. Gilman received the Pro Bono Award for exceptional service and the Labor and Employment Award for excellence in the field.
While at Rutgers Law School, Gilman was an intern for the Domestic Violence Clinic in Camden, NJ, where he represented alleged victims of domestic violence. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Theodore McKee, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in Philadelphia, PA, as well as for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, U.S.D.C., District of New Jersey. In 2018, She relocated to london and  was a summer associate with Hughman LLP
